This is a customized mold of a floating drum.  After learning the drum pictures shared by customers, Xincheng engineer and designer decide to make an Aluminium mold. 



Rotomolding molds, typically in steel or aluminum, are used to create the plastic products. The quality and finish of the product is directly related to the quality of the mold being used. 

The rotomolding molds can be machine made or hand made. D modeling and CNC processing technologies are useful for rotationally molded products. But, despite this, most tooling patterns are still being made by hand.

The molds used in rotational molding are among the easiest and least expensive to fabricate; two-piece molds are standard, but multiple-piece molds are sometimes required to remove the finished products.
